G.I. Dynamics partners with Ener-Core to deploy revolutionary waste gas to clean energy technology throughout global markets

    September 3, 2015

New Technology Allows For Profitable and Renewable Alternative to Gas Flaring

(Voorschoten, The Netherlands)  - G.I. Dynamics (GID) www.gidynamics.nl, a leading technology provider for Bio-Chemical production processes as well as Gas Processing Solutions announced a key partnership today that will expand and complement its existing technology solutions by providing increased energy efficiencies through the use of waste gases to generate power and heat.  The company will partner with Irvine, California-based Ener-Core, Inc. www.ener-core.com (OTCQB: ENCR), the world’s only provider of Power Oxidation technology and equipment that generates clean power from low-quality and waste gases from a wide variety of industries.

GID is an independent and international leading industrial technology partner that offers a portfolio of unique niche technology solutions in the Oil & Gas and (Bio-) Chemical industry, including the integrated “bioRefinery” process for refining bio-ethanol into valuable bioChemicals and bioPlastics. Moreover, GID brings significant expertise to the table in the area of onshore gas processing complementing the opportunity of delivering integrated solutions for the Oil & Gas market. With offices in Europe, Australia and Asia, GID has a global presence and operates with a global network of unique players within its industrial sector in order to successfully implement projects around the globe.

"We are pleased to announce this exciting collaboration between Ener-Core and GID,” said Wim van der Zande, GID’s Managing Director,  “Ener-Core’s unique technology offers our customers increased energetic efficiencies within the processes that we offer while ensuring a significant contribution to the improvement of our environment. We believe this partnership will bring an unparalleled dimension of integrated solutions for our customers, especially within the bio-refinery and Maleic Anhydride space, resulting in improved operational performance, increased control and management of waste gas streams and tail gases.  I personally want to thank the partners who are dedicated to bringing our two companies together."

“This partnership with GID is an important step in capturing the $65 billion waste gas to power opportunity,” said John Millard, Ener-Core’s Business Director in Europe & Middle East. “Our strategy of establishing critical global partnerships and expanding existing global footprints for our commercial and engineering teams enables an accelerated deployment of Ener-Core’s solution across multiple industry applications and markets. With GID, we have a partner that is already well aware of where Ener-Core’s technology can bring efficiencies to the existing industrial processes of their current customers, and can also develop and design fully integrated industrial solutions around Ener-Core’s technology. This is great news for our world’s air quality, and great news for the financial bottom-lines of the industries that currently emit these greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.”

ENER-CORE Combined Heat and Power systems are designed for Lowest Achievable Emissions Rate for several major air pollutants: NOx, CO, VOC, and is able to cope with a wide range of fuels, as low as 50Btu/scf (1700kJ/m3). The system is configurable to achieve the needs of your application.  Furthermore, the system uses no chemicals or catalysts for emission control and requires less fuel pre-treatment.

    About Ener-Core

Irvine, California-based Ener-Core, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures and has commercially deployed unique systems that generate base-load, clean power from polluting waste gases including methane. Ener-Core’s patented Power Oxidizer turns one of the most potent pollution sources into a profitable source of base-load clean energy. Ener-Core’s technology offers an alternative to the flaring (burning) of gaseous pollution while generating operating efficiencies and reducing the costs of compliance with environmental regulations.

Ener-Core offers a variety of platforms including the 250kW Ener-Core Powerstation EC250 ("EC250"), the Ener-Core Power Oxidizer 333 KW Powerstation (“EC333”) and the larger counterpart, the 2MW Ener-Core Powerstation KG2-3GEF/PO.
