The Business Support and the Energy & Environment (read primarily ‘technologies') are the initiators and the Process Development, which also includes plant and product optimization is the business follower. Nevertheless the latter business area is the glue between the former two areas.

There is a common understanding that Business Support is more active in the low economical industrial environment whereas investments like our technologies will be more active in the growing economical environment. Nevertheless our technologies do improve the financial performance of our clients.
