You should have some relevant working experience, excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Furthermore you must be willing to work abroad on short or long term assignments. You are client focussed and flexible in your work approach.

As engineering/management contractor your focus in projects may vary from industry analysis/survey, front end engineering, design management to project management and acquisition, depending on your background, capacities, interest and ambitions.
